This room is set up as a tribute and recognition to the fire brigade. We will see the evolution and mechanisation, from the first carts pulled by people and horses
and horse-drawn carriages to their mechanisation and evolution throughout the 20th century.
In this room, a workshop of activities for children is set up, dealing with the fundamental theme of fire, how it is obtained, the great advantages of fire for mankind and its innate dangers and manipulation.
This workshop will have to be previously requested and agreed with MAHI.
In addition, in collaboration with the Fire Department of the City Council of A Coruña, there will be a workshop of activities adapted to children, teenagers and families, for prevention and how to act in case of fire. It will also deal with the prevention of accidents caused by fire in the domestic environment.
